Terms and Conditions

Bookings
For all bookings, Great Accommodation requires a $300 bond and one off handling fee of $10 (bookings are not confirmed until receipt of this payment).For some properties a 50% payment of the rental is required at the time of booking. This will be advised in writing at the time of booking
After this bond has been received, confirmation will be sent to you by email. If written confirmation is required please ask at time of booking.
Full payment of the rental amount is required FOUR weeks before your booking date. Confirmation will be sent along with maps, location of house key and any other additional information that you may require.
Payments should be made by internet banking.
Failure to pay will entitle the property owner to cancel the booking.

Arrivals
Entry to the property shall be FROM 2pm and departing NO LATER than 10am.
Should you wish to make alternative arrangements to this, please make your request in writing at the time of the booking, written approval will be given by Great Accommodation

Cancellations
Cancellation is not allowed for bad weather and CLOSED MOUNTAIN DAYS. This includes rain, lack of sun, snow, poor visibility on mountain slopes, volcanic eruptions, storms, and general bad weather. If for any reason you decide to cancel your holiday home booking, your bond will be held until or if we can replace your booking once booking has been replaced we will refund your bond. If all of your accommodation balance has been paid and we cannot replace your booking 50% of your booking will be held.

Restrictions
We do not permit more than the number of persons specified on the Booking Confirmation to sleep at the property. This is against fire regulations. If this condition is broken, it will result in immediate eviction of tenants from the premises, with complete loss of rental and bond.

All properties must be left as they were found and the cleaning requirements of each property fulfilled as per cleaning instructions found within the property or as instructed by your property Manager. Where the property is not left in a secure clean and tidy condition, the tenant agrees to pay for any costs to reinstate the property to a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival and includes any damage costs to the property.
 
Cleaning
To ensure the properties are presented to you upon arrival in a pristine condition we require check in to be arranged for after 2pm on the day of arrival and checkout is to be before 10am on day of departure - unless specifically arranged with the management team. You will be asked and are expected to leave the house tidy on departure.
A  compulsory $75 cleaning fee is required for each booking.
If the cleaning of the property takes more than 2 hours a further $25 per hour fee will be deducted from your bond.

Rubbish
We supply ONE council prepaid rubbish bag for your use and they are available for purchase at the local shop. You need to sort your recycling
(which is free to recycle!) We will charge you a minimum of $25 for any rubbish we are left to dispose of.
We encourage our visitors to be proactive with your rubbish to ensure our community is kept beautiful for us all to enjoy.

Linen
In some properties linen is provided and included in the rental cost.
If you require linen there may be an extra charge for this depending on the property booked, this will be a one off $10 per person linen charge.

Damages
Please note that guest are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements should any damages occur during their stay.

Smoking
All homes are NON SMOKING and NO PETS PLEASE.
