HOW DO WE MAKE OUR BOOKING
We except bookings by e-mail application only
On a request for your booking we will ask you to pay a $200 bond plus $10 handling fee immediately.
On receiving this we will e-mail you a confirmation of your booking.

HOW DO THE BONDS WORK
We hold your bond as confirmation of your booking.
We ask you to leave the house tidy and we charge you a compulsory $50 for cleaning If the cleaning takes more than two hours due to being very untidy we will charge you $25 per hour over every hour over 2 hours.
The bond is repaid into an account of your choice days after you have departed minus the cleaning fee
 
WHEN IS THE FULL PAYMENT DUE
4 weeks before your arrival date

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE
Internet banking and we have a credit card facility there are handling fees for the credit card payment facility

HOW DO WE FIND THE ACCOMMODATION
There is a map attached to our web site … you can type in your departure address and it will give you full instructions of how to get to the property. 

HOW DO WE GET THE KEYS TO OUR ACCOMMODATION
You will be asked to call one of our Bach Managers one day before your arrival they will meet you at the house with the keys.

ARE YOUR HOUSES WARM and IS THERE FIREWOOD ETC
Our Bach Managers get the house warm and ready for your arrival.
If you are not familiar with wood fires they will show you how to keep them going yourself during your stay.
All our accommodation that have wood fires supply wood for you.
Other accommodation with no fires have either electric heat and or heat pumps.

DO ALL THE HOUSES have LINEN.
NO some do and some don’t some provide duvets and pillows and some don’t these details are on each of the holiday houses listing.
LINEN can be hired for the houses that provided duvets and pillows this charge is $10 per bed

WHAT IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH OUR ACCOMMODATION DURING OUR STAY
Our Bach Managers are available by phone and are available to help and arrange any repairs and everything for you during your stay

WHERE CAN WE HIRE OUR SKI GEAR
There are two three or four outlets in Ohakune that hire gear also up on the mountain there is a hire centre.
The ones in Ohakune stay open to midnight on Friday nights so you can arrange it all on your arrival for an early start up the mountain the next day.

BEING AT THE SKI FIELD DO YOU GET FROZEN WATER ISSUES.
Some mornings if it has been a very cold night the house pipes will be frozen.
Usually as soon as the sun comes up the pipes defrost within an hour and the water is all on again.

WHAT IF WE ARE SNOWED IN AND THE ROADS ARE CLOSED
If you are snowed in the Bach Managers be too but will try to get to you to help
The road clearance team step in and gets everybody in or out as soon as possible

WHAT IS THERE TO DO IF THE MOUNTAIN IS CLOSED
There are lots of Bars Restaurants and Cafes, Movie Theatre, Climbing Wall, Playground, Mountain Bike Hire, Gym, Massage, Beauty Therapy Spa, Walks and nearby in Waiouru an Army Museum.

WHAT IS THE MOUNTAIN LIKE FOR CHILDREN
FUN !! there is a children’s area for beginners skiing and sledging, the sledging part is free for children to play accompanied by an adult. There is a crèche up the mountain for little ones.
